ARDEX Feather Finish is a cement-based smoothing compound designed to provide a smooth, permanent finish over a wide range of internal substrates prior to the installation of floorcoverings. It is formulated using ARDEX rapid drying technology, allowing fast turnaround on site and efficient preparation for flooring systems.
The compound is designed for feather-edge applications, allowing installers to fill imperfections such as ridges, scratches, and joints without the need for full surface build-up. It bonds strongly to multiple substrates including concrete, timber, and existing flooring surfaces, making it suitable for both new work and refurbishment projects. Notes
- Mix with clean water to a smooth, lump-free consistency
- Apply using a steel trowel as a skim coat or patch

- Allow sufficient drying before installing floor coverings
