Product Overview
The Makinex MS-100 Mixer 1800W is a heavy-duty handheld mixer developed for flooring and surface preparation applications where consistent mixing of flowable materials is critical.
Its mixing action creates a vortex within the material to help produce a homogeneous mix while reducing the amount of air introduced during mixing. This makes it particularly suited to self-levelling compounds, flowable cementitious materials and compatible epoxy products.
The powerful 1800W motor features two mechanical speed ranges with variable speed control, allowing the operator to adjust the mixing speed to suit the material being prepared.
An ergonomic handle layout and slim motor casing improve handling, while built-in motor over-current protection helps protect the mixer during demanding applications.
The MS-100 Mixer is designed to integrate with the Makinex MS-100 Mixing Station but can also be supplied separately from the mixing station.

Notes
- Select the appropriate speed range for the material being mixed
- Begin mixing at a suitable lower speed where required to minimise splashing and dry powder release
- Adjust the variable speed control to achieve the material manufacturer’s required consistency
- Keep the mixing paddle fully engaged within the material while mixing
- Avoid introducing unnecessary air into the mixture
- Do not overload the mixer or exceed the material manufacturer’s recommended batch requirements
- Ensure the mixer and paddle are securely fitted before operation
- Disconnect the mixer from power before changing accessories or carrying out cleaning
- Clean the paddle and mixer immediately after use before material hardens
- Always follow the current Makinex operating manual and the material manufacturer’s mixing instructions

The MS-100 Mixer can be used as a standalone handheld mixer or paired with the Makinex MS-100 Mixing Station for higher-volume flooring preparation.
When used as part of the complete MS-100 Mixing Station system, the station is designed to mix up to four bags of suitable flooring material in approximately three minutes before tilting for controlled pouring.
The mixer and MS-100 Mixing Station are available separately, allowing contractors to replace or add the mixer without purchasing the complete station.
