ST112-6-SJ
Description
The ST112-6SJ Aluminium Three-Part Slip Joint accommodates expansion and contraction. Its standard configuration combines two SJ48-6 end pieces with an SB16 spacer bar for a nominal width of 112mm. Alternative spacer bars can be selected to change the assembly width.
Manufactured from 6060/T5 aluminium with a 15-micron clear anodised finish, the assembly requires a 3mm contraction gap and allows 12mm of expansion. Only the two end pieces are screw-fixed. They are pre-drilled and countersunk for 10g fixings at 230mm centres, with fixings supplied.
