Mapei Eco Prim T Plus is a solvent-free, water-based acrylic primer formulated to improve adhesion of levelling compounds and adhesives across a wide range of substrates. It is suitable for use on both absorbent and non-absorbent surfaces, making it a versatile solution for flooring preparation in professional applications.
The formulation provides excellent bond strength, resistance to water and ageing, and acts as both a dust fixative and absorption regulator. It is commonly used to prepare concrete, screeds, timber, tiles, and substrates with residual adhesive prior to the installation of smoothing compounds or flooring adhesives. Mapei Eco Prim T Plus is low odour, low VOC, and suitable for use in internal environments where reliable substrate preparation is critical.

Notes

- Ensure substrate is clean, sound, and free of contaminants
- Do not apply on substrates subject to rising damp
