MAPEI LATEX PLUS

Mapei Latex Plus is a water-based polymer admixture formulated to enhance the performance of selected cementitious adhesives and smoothing compounds. When used in place of water, it significantly improves flexibility, adhesion, and overall durability of the system without altering workability.

The product is designed to be used with Mapei systems such as Keraquick S1, Nivorapid, and Planipatch, allowing the creation of highly deformable adhesives and levelling compounds suitable for demanding applications. It is particularly suited to installations over difficult or flexible substrates, including timber, existing tiles, and heated screeds.

• Typical pot life when mixed: approx. 30 minutes
• Light foot traffic achievable in approx. 2–3 hours (system dependent)
• Do not dilute beyond manufacturer recommendations
• Do not apply below +5°C or above +30°C
• Ensure correct product pairing for intended application
